Cancellation Policy
If your child is not able to attend First Tee program classes, but registration and payment has already been completed, we offer two options:
A) Request a transfer to a different session:
- We can accommodate a transfer to a different session, provided the request is received at least 1 week prior to the start date.
- Transfers are subject to availability.
B) Request for refund:
- A full or partial refund will be provided on the timeline outlined below:
- 100% Refund = Request for refund received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the first class.
- 50% Refund = Request for refund received at least 1 week prior to the start of the first class.
- No refund will be issued if request is received less than one week prior to the start of the first class.
- Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances.
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment and processed within 5-10 days of the request.

Inclement Weather Policy
In the event a class is cancelled by the chapter due to inclement weather or other circumstances, the following guidelines apply:
- Early Dismissal:
- If a class is dismissed early due to weather, no credit will be issued.
- Single Class Cancellation:
- If one class is cancelled (in advance), the chapter will aim to schedule one make-up class at the end of the season.
- If a make-up class is not possible, no credit will be issued.
- Multiple Class Cancellations:
- If multiple classes are cancelled (in advance), the chapter will aim to schedule one make-up class at the end of the season. Additionally, credits will be issued as follows:
- 2 Classes Cancelled: Credit for 1 class will be issued.
- 3 Classes Cancelled: Credit for 2 classes will be issued.
- 4 or More Classes Cancelled: Credit or refund for the total missed classes, minus one make-up class, will be issued.
- If multiple classes are cancelled (in advance), the chapter will aim to schedule one make-up class at the end of the season. Additionally, credits will be issued as follows:
Important: Please do not call the golf course for updates. Chapter staff or the head coach will directly inform parents and guardians of any cancellations due to weather.
Additional notes:
- If the program is offered at no cost or financial aid is used, credits or refunds will not be issued.
- Credits are non-refundable.
- Credits are transferable to any participant within the household.
